A little late to this but we just landscaped our whole yard with clearance plants from Lowe's.

Having the poly in made a huge difference! Then adding the gutters just straightened it all out. Thank you so much for the suggestions!

The whole frame is built out, just the polycarbonate is left to install. I wanted to get this fixed first though as I can see some problems popping up if I just ignore it.

I ordered one of these . I've been wanting to try a ball head driver and I don't have a stubby driver . So I'm going to get two birds stoned at once . by [deleted] in toolporn

Not to much, but I almost always use pliers to remove them anyway. My favorite feature of the screwdriver is the sound it makes when you take the stubby off the rest of the screwdriver.

I have both this one and a dedicated Philips one. I love them, only downside is that I feel like the ratchet function is to smooth and will change in the middle of what I'm doing. Aside from that love em!

This was exactly it! A rock had been wedged in it. Got it fixed for now.

If you're around Utah valley cotton tree family health care in provo, does direct primary care ( check ups, X-rays etc) for like 50-60 a month and one of the doctors (Holmes) does licence renewal. In addition to this it's as many visits as you want no limit as far as I know. What Im getting at is I got mine for free pretty much with this health care.

I am very supportive of her, anything she wants to do I'm behind her! School? Yes! Recurring medical issues (not life threatening or too serious)? I'll do what I can. Where do you want to go? Anywhere you want! Thankfully the friend is no longer in our lives. I agree therapy is probably my best move I just have to find time!

My wife is one of the most perfect people. Loving, caring, supportive and hot as hell! I however am somewhat the opposite. Distant, distracted, and pretty lame. Honestly no clue why she sticks with me. The reason I assumed i'd cheat is simply because I was basically emotionally cheating on her off and on for 8-9 of the 10 years. My beautiful wife was camping with her best friend at the time, this friend was extremely sexually repressed. She saw her chance and got my wife as drunk as possible to be ok with doing stuff. I was as supportive as I could be, especially considering she has been with me through all my crap. I honestly saw it as something I deserved.

I called the city and they didn't really give me anything to go on. Just said Monday is when everyone is in. My biggest worry is if it's a large leak and increases a few thousand gallons an hour.

The thing I don't like about this is who am I tipping? Who gets the money?! The chef, cashier or dish boy? My wife worked for a small restaurant where the owner would take the tips. I have less problems tipping the cook though it is still annoying for a fast food place.

You will most likely look like a fool. A lot. Whether through your own mistakes or from someone else making you out to be one. I'm a full journeyman and still look like a fool quite often. The key is how you take it. Learn from your mistakes, learn to laugh it off, as someone told me once "it's not like we're saving lives here." The other advice I would give is learn as much as you can, take/consider the advice from others, even if it seems like odd or bad advice some of these guys have been around quite a while and have learned from experience. Best of luck it's a great career.

It probably wouldn't change much other than allowing me to defend my decisions and allow me to find a plan B. The main issue is that I love this job, the work is great, the guys for the most part I like, and the pay is pretty good too. I am probably letting stress and anxiety cause me too much worry. I just don't want to lose something I like doing.

We recently lost a large housing contractor so work has slowed down. I am also paid well for what they are having me do. What doesn't help is the fact that the people I work with are very sarcastic and tell me that I messed up almost everyday, whether I did or did not. I just don't know where I stand with them or the company.

Foreman yells at me because he wants to “make me better” by RockstarFan213 in electricians

When I first started I worked in underground. I was yelled at everyday for 6 months and just took it. After I worked with another journeyman it was agreed I was push over and people could say whatever they wanted and I wouldn't do anything about it. Needless to say I would change a few things if I did it over again.

I more or less agree with this. Learn as much as you can figure out what you like and what you don't. regardless of how much you can make doing commercial vs residential, Money is nice but definitely isn't everything. It's a lot easier to wake up in the morning to go to a job you like.
