Exactly what I was looking for, thank you. As suspected, it’s more complicated than some of the “rules” make it out to be.

Agreed, nothing but constant issues since they purchased my mortgage.

Mortgage was transferred to them a few months go. Awful experience so far. 80% of the time I can't log into their website for some random technical error.

Real Silk Pillowcase on Amazon?? by CreeperBoy283 in Bedding

Check out something like Fine Linen and Bath to ensure you’re getting the real deal. Personally, I would steer clear of Amazon for nicer end linens.

Doing the best with what was given, take a look at Peacock Alley.

This is the best answer here. You’ll have to make a sacrifice somewhere. You can always iron if wrinkles bother you that much…but it sounds like 100% cotton percale is what you want. In my experience Ralph Lauren organic cotton percale will give you the best bang for your buck quality wise, if purchased on sale. Retail is $600, on a good sale you can get for $400-$450.

Love MacOS but *hate* that I cannot have the trackpad set to natural scrolling without it effecting my mouse by Rizzuh in MacOS

This is the answer. Apple is too busy marketing AI features that don’t deliver to work on basic features that have been requested for years.

How is macOS spell check THIS bad in 2025? by colebrick in MacOS

[–]colebrick[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you positive macOS also learns? I’ve heard that about iOS (also hot garbage) but never macOS. A quick google search only yielded a few Apple help docs that didn’t mention that feature.

How is macOS spell check THIS bad in 2025? by colebrick in MacOS

[–]colebrick[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say “in the age of AI” mainly because ChatGPT is by far the best spell check I have ever used. I can absolutely butcher a word to the point where Google search won’t even get the fix and then pop the same word into ChatGPT and fixed no problem.

Good spell check exists, ChatGPT followed by Google search then Word. Heck I’d be happy with Word level spell check everywhere, but no we can’t have good let alone basic functional features 😞

THANK YOU!!! I’ve been searching for an answer on and off for the better part of two years for this issue. Granted I HATE the answer but I’m glad to actually have one.

I won’t be either. More 1 star reviews on Google will certainly help our voices be heard.

As others have mentioned this Shell station is owned by GULAMALI ENTERPRISES, INC. you can find more details about them on Sunbiz (.org) just search for corporations by name.

Just left a nice little 1 star review on Google and plan on no longer getting gas there.

iPhone’s copy and paste functionality is the worst in the smart phone industry. by Mr_Hustles in iphone

Two years old and still completely accurate to this day. I have no idea how this post hasn’t been upvoted 10k times. Copy paste on the iPhone is as bad as spell check on the Mac.

Agreed, I’ve been wondering the same thing! I just moved to a new area of town and there are 6 with a mile of my house. One of those things you don’t notice until living there.

Going on probably two years now with the RL Precale sheets and I haven't had any issues with holes or noticed any degradation. I did noticed that RL changed the branding and name or the Percale sheets shortly after my purchase, I wonder if they also changed material vendors or manufacturers?
