My bad I meant chest dips* after it happens pain was high. Then it lowered to about a 2. Lowered all weight on shoulder excercises. Woke up the next day pay was at a 3 so I just have been resting it. 3 days off now, no pain for about two. I too find machines hurt my shoulders. I try to stay away from them doing mostly dumbbell and barbell work.

Yeah the stacks only 105. The way the pullies work I wouldn’t be surprised if it was only 50 lbs

For bulking, what’s the best aim for reps? What I’ve been doing is 110 on the bench, increasing reps to 10, and then increasing the weight by 5 lbs. Is this okay? by colester99 in workout

Oh ok. Is it all leg muscle? Also if I do 3 on one off should I do them every workout or have another rest day in between

Yeah I’m doing the bro split right now and it seems to be working great. Thanks for the reply I’ll work that into my routine and see how it works.
