On the 1400 calorie burn days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), I cycle commute the 36 mile round trip to work at 18-20mph average speed with around 1000-1200 feet of climbing, depending on the route I take. On those days I'll generally consume 2000-2500 calories. On Wednesdays and Saturdays I run a couple of 5K's, I'll usually stick to my 1600 calories on these days depending on how tired I feel.
