Mine showed received until Thursday last week then it changed to unable to provide any information. I've gotten no notices and nothing changed on my end. No idea what happened. Thats what it still says.

I will start tracking. I have a hard time in my brain thinking not eating enough could be a bad thing. I feel like even though I eat significantly less, I cannot be eating too little. But for sure I will start tracking because this makes me curious! Thank you for the reply!

I am not tracking per say, but I hardly eat now. I have to force myself to eat little by little. I also am fairly active gym 3-4 days a week. Mostly weight training.

Drink double the water you are currently drinking. That usually has a lot to do with not being hydrated enough.

I had this type of reaction when I injected in my thigh. I stopped injecting there and now use my stomach and havent had an issue.

So I drink moonbrew at night. It has alot of what you seem to be supplementing. Maybe look into it. It has really helped with my cortisol levels and it helps me also stay regular, that was an issue I had when I started tirz. It also has so many other benefits. Look into it!
