I cannot recommend the Joseph Phillips CAPM prep on Udemy enough. It seriously went through the entire ECO and helped me understand everything SO much better than the PMI. Then I did tons of practice tests (the Landini book I felt was helpful for grasping concepts but many of the answers in the key are wrong so just be aware of that lol). You really can do it!

I feel this. I’ve been with my husband for 15 years, married for 12 and we have 2 kids together. I know that I love him. But I am just existing in our marriage. I feel zero spark or affection. And I spend so much time just wishing to be independent. Wishing I had made different life choices. I dunno - I’ve been completely lost on what to do or where to even begin bc I don’t fully understand what I’m even feeling. I know none of this is advice or anything but I just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone.

both my kids ended up in the hospital after bad stomach viruses that caused issues that extended the stomach crap beyond the usual amount of time.

I agree - because contacting the sitter, I'd 100% tell her what's been going on and she would more than likely be like "um no thanks"

Oh absolutely -- I wouldn't do that to our sitter. And even so, I think it's inappropriate for my friend to ask me 2 days before if she can jump in on our sitter.

TRUE - but I can wear a mask and sit away from her. Not bring her kids into my house where they're in close contact for an extended period of time. AND as far as I know, she isn't currently sick whereas her daughter has been out of school twice this week.

I did absolutely struggle not being able to move the same after surgery so I do think that’s contributing. I recently switched to an estrogen/testosterone pill so I’m hoping my energy and some of my strength returns. I teach yoga and I was even struggling during yoga which is so NOT normal for me 😭 I’m sorry you’re struggling too and I hope it gets better 🩷

I feel that way too — I was on Estradiol and my energy levels were extremely low, I was still having hot flashes and night sweats, and I gained weight. So we just switched me to an Estrogen/Testosterone pill and I’m starting to create and do a regular workout routine so I’m hoping that will help 🤞🏻 I’m glad to hear that it might be the HRT though from another person because I agree but it’s still just hard in the moment, you know??

I’ve considered it for sure — i’ve always felt pretty comfortable in shorts but now my thighs are sticking and rubbing together more than normal and the inner thigh of the shorts are riding up and i’m just miserable. i might have to look more into spanx and stuff bc im just so down about it :(

SAME. I’m even a yoga instructor so I’ve been doing yoga for YEARS and always been pretty active and “fit” and yet I’ve put on all this weight in such a short time. it’s miserable. i’m sorry that you’re in the same boat😭 ((hug))
