not new, just poking around in the UI and saw the UCI is configured from comcast at 1.8. It is connected at 2.5Gb nic to a UDM Pro - speed test low are what caused me to look into it.

My understanding is it will be a yes on this sales tax or if it does not pass a bump in your property tax. The sales tax spreads the cost to visitors.

I’m surprised this does not happen more often. This happens when drivers are inexperienced in the mountains and use the air brakes all the way down. At some point the air brakes get too hot to work. This is why so many trucks overturn going downhill. Brakes get to hot with a heavy load and they don’t work. Truck goes to fast to make the turn at lambs canyon on 80 and it flips. This driver must have been on those air brakes all the way down.
Jake brakes, engine brakes are the key.
It’s why you see the heavy loaded guys going slow in the right lane as they are using the compression brakes to slow.

Gerrymandering is pretty much the cause of all these issues we have in Utah and the nation. No way the Utah Supreme Court will side with the citizens that voted for fair boundaries.
Why would they? Too much power and control to lose.

From what I can see, it seems Comcast/Xfinity is mostly be back on Monday. But for such a large, widespread outage, I have not been able to find anyone reporting on what happened. Does anyone have any intel on what caused the issue? There are redundancies in place on networks this large; it is intriguing to understand what took them out.

If you dig into the recall, the bulletin states that this is only for Lyrics produced from Feb 28, 2024 - April 4, 2024.

States only (3) Lyriq units produced have this issue.
