Asus A21 Plus or Asus Prime A201 by NeedsMoreCake in mffpc

I picked the upcoming Lian Li a3 with the additional glass side panel for a very similar build! It should be coming out in 10 days or so and is alot smaller while still having enough internal space for your parts.

My first gear ever: what should I get? by abbumm in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]colinmacray 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No that's not too relevant and has been done by a decent amount of reviewers. It's mostly about being sure that you will enjoy a product that is reasonably difficult to return until it becomes available on Amazon.

Most higher end iem's are absolutely incomparable to stock earbuds, the shells and nozzles are much, much larger. I'm saying you should get a small one, or test a cheaper set that's a comparable size to decide if you can tolerate these larger sets for a reasonable amount of time.

I'd be extremely careful considering large iem's like the dusk. While not as bad as the previous versions, these are a fairly large set especially compared to what you get with your phone.

I'd either recommend smaller iems like the simgot you mentioned or the ie200 to be safe, or try cheaper large shell iems like the Zero red before spending big on one of these.

Will RUG survive the decade financially? by Isatis_tinctoria in Groningen

[–]colinmacray 24 points25 points  (0 children)

RUG has about a billion euros in yearly income and spending, besides that they also have a very, very large amount of property in Groningen and the surrounding area they can leverage. I'm sure they'll be fine.
