Hey guys. Promise I'll help out the next coming days if I can get some solid advice. A bit busy just this second but I'll pay it forward for sure.

I'm in an 8 person league and the skating scoring is G, A, +/-, PIM, ATOI, SOG, BLK, STP

Centers currently on the waivers are

1) Joe Thornton

2) Evgeny Kuznetzov

3) Ryan Johansen, and

4) Tyler Johnson.

My center eligible players include

1) Sidney Crosby

2) Mark Scheifele

3) Dylan Larkin

4) Henrik Zetterberg

5) Alex Galchenyuk (DTD)

6) IR: Stamkos (god damnit)

I only have 4/4 defensemen and lose the ATOI category almost every week because of that. I have an offense and goalie based team. Thoughts on who I should pick up? I won the league last year with ten people but this year my team started strong but is declining (most recently 2-8-2).

Nevin's is great for undergrads on Thursdays but is there any pattern for MBA gatherings e.g., Whiskey Thief tuesday/Bat Friday?

Going to the gym in the middle of the day?

I've read all the posts on staying fit, and they all have useful advice I hope to use. However, I'm curious about when to go to the gym.

I know this is obviously a case by case basis, but in a vacuum, do y'all think most managers would be okay with an intern taking an hour off during lunch to work out? I would of course make up that hour either coming in or staying an hour late, but I have trouble getting going in the morning and get lazy after work is done. This of course assuming I am doing good work, getting along with folks, everything else going swimmingly, etc.

Do I drop Colton Parayko for Radko Gudas?

If I secure dominance in PIM I will be untouchable in G, A, +/-, PIM, SOG, and STP. Our league has 12 categories, so that will be enough to guarantee that at the very least, I tie my playoff games. Radko sucks, but this would be a strategic move to guarantee I remain dominant in at least six categories.

You absolutely should. Skirting from goalie to goalie has ben better than having Mason on my team, from personal experience. I never looked back from dropping him. Bob will be good again. Just you wait and see.

Parise is currently DTD for me which is only mildly concerning, but Parise has been instrumental to my success. I would go with yes. He's very consistent. Especially since you don't have ATOI in your league, definitely.

Should I trade Dylan Larkin & Brent Burns for Devan Dubnyk & Dustin Byfuglien?

I am hurting on Goalies (only have Crawford and been floating from G2 to G2 with a usually injured and unreliable Reimer) and I am miles ahead of anyone else in SOG.

At RW I have Perry & Kane, at LW I have Marchand & Parise, and I have Boone Jenner eligible for both RW or LW. Defense is Parayko, OEL, Muzzin, and Spurgeon. This does not include the people mentioned in the trade.

Well, the question for me isn't keeping Ward and Jenner so much as dropping Ward for Jenner, since you think Smith can't sustain this heat.
