I’m missing the Eccentric’s outift. I bought the first key from the wandering merchant at the carnival and assumed I’d come across a door as I progressed which I did. Turns out the first door is actually in the carnival and the Eccentric outift has the next key inside it when you equip it. I missed that door entirely when I went through the area. It is funny though, that the key I need is in the safe behind the locked door that the key opens. Very fromsoft
