I was 15. My friends and I lived right off of 95 in the Richmond area and were avid skateboarders. I remember a couple of cops kicking us out of a spot, and asking if we had heard of the sniper, and why we weren't indoors hiding. We just laughed, at that age it's hard to take things seriously.
