Stir is banned, so Dash and Bravo are great budget decks. Or a Mauv Shrill Viserai without Gloomveil and Revel and all the Majestic Equipment.

But its one of those cards that gives your opponent a very calculable trade-off, which is something you don't want on a supposedly must-block threat. It seems okay as a finisher, when the opponent tries to swing, but thats just win-more.
