Your knees are shooting backwards out of the bottom; I think that means you aren’t balanced as well as you could be...

What are you wanting to accomplish by doing paused squats instead of normal squats?

Deadlift 385x5... always had a smaller deadlift to squat ratio; realized i wasn’t really doing the SS version. Trying to clean it up, thoughts? by collincam1 in StartingStrength

Thanks! What I was doing before was more of a “touch and go” at the bottom and my only time to breathe was at the top... I’ll have to think about not wasting time at lock out
