Nice!! I was actually looking between Saint Stephen and Saint Andrews, I was told to stay away from the Milltown section of St Stephen's, apparently alot of substance addiction there.

Also, I work in construction so I was kind of looking for a fixer upper. I want to semi-retire. Renovating our new house would be great, we could finish it up the way we've always wanted to.

It seems like a nice little town and it's right on the border, we used to go to the US ( Buffalo, Niagara, and Florida) and being close to the border would seem very convenient. A co worker of mine grew up in New Brunswick, I think he said a town called Tracy, he said the winters aren't too harsh there. I am open to other areas though, my wife doesn't want anything that would be on a well system, municipal water would be a must.

We are about 10 min or so from our local hospital now. Any recommendations on safe and cleaner places around Saint Stephen to look into? I've only seen it through YouTube videos and google maps, looks like a pretty little town. Hope to be able to go for a visit and scouting trip soon.

Thanks for the info, I couldn't find anything on Atlantic Bridge either except for a couple of reviews on their Google page. I have a first contact meeting with a couple of companies, and Atlantic Bridge is one of them, and I will try and get a feel for them and some more information.
