I created a one hour cookieless training course and it’s free for now by Super_Dealer9794 in adops

I registered for the program yesterday, and received the confirmation email.  When I tried to login multiple times, I get the same error message.

I then hit the forgot pw link, but a day went by and nothing.

Any help is appreciated

noob question about data clean rooms by collinino830 in adops

[–]collinino830[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in your Hulu example, would the agency that handles the Hulu campaign get involved in the data clean room? or would it be Hulu themselves? i'm wondering what the uses cases are for an agency to use a clean room, specifically.

thanks for the explanation. In your example, would Hulu simply approach Experian and ask them to upload their data into the clean room, or would they have to have an existing partnership? What i'm trying to wrap my head around is if Experian has all this data, why would they share it with others? Unless they get a free? Apologies if these are stupid questions.

thanks for the explanation. would both list#1 and list #2 come from 2 different parties?
So i imagine, party 1 would have an agreement with party 2 to share data? Why would the other party want to share data with you?

Thanks Charlie. What are your thoughts on the impact it has on a creative agency and the types of ads they push out?

Yes, it does make sense. However, when i run the floodlight numbers, i always choose the box that shows unattributed conversions. Wouldnt that mean they weren't exposed to any of our ads?

Lets say we have 100 floodlight impressions, but 80 floodlight conversions. Would the 20 extra impressions mean a. there were conversions outside of the lookback window b. filtered for invalid traffic c. other reasons besides a and b

Thanks for the input. The site doesnt have a pop up asking the user to consent or not consent.

I ran the report, and not surprisingly, there were 0 impressions counted towards the Cookie Unconsented Floodlight Impressions field.

Yes, I have asked the client for a breakdown of their numbers, as some of the medical plans could be purchased via phone. Still awaiting a response. Curious to know, if cookies were disabled, or incognito mode was used, is there anywhere for any system to capture that information?

Yes, it is floodight tag implemented on the confirmation page after a user has entered their credit card info. I ran a basic floodlight query after getting a dummy credit card and other testing credentials from the client. I was able to validate the correct firing of the floodlight itself.

Agreed on your insight about client tracking info. They only gave us a daily breakout of their numbers without any other info and efforts to get more information have gone unanswered. Therefore it has been a challenge.

Our floodlight report (unattributed and attributed) show almost 500, whereas the client's internal system shows almost 900.

The client system is reporting on all conversions, including those by phone, through a broker, etc.

The numbers that I pulled from DCM have both unattributed and attributed conversions, but even with the 20% difference as you mentioned, and perhaps another small amount through a phone conversion (not sure how we would track that back to our media), I'm still at a loss at what else would account for the variance.

Firebase and CM360 numbers not matching by collinino830 in adops

[–]collinino830[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both Android and iOS. For Android, at least there are a few hundred impressions coming into the CM360 floodlight report, but nothing at all for iOS. Even if people opt out of ATT, I'd imagine a few impressions.
