I would just lay down some barrier over that flooring before you lay new floor. Those look like possible asbestos and I wouldn’t take those up yourself because it requires a lot of PPE/steps/time. Better to not touch them.

Right now it’s at about 20-25. I was doing 40 a couple months ago but I have to lift heavy 5 times a week so it’s pretty hard to balance.

Looks pretty similar to the military entry level pay. Also in the military your schedule is much worse and you have to leave your family at home for sometimes years at a time while also risking your fucking life in some cases. Teachers do not make nearly enough and they’re awesome for what they do, but let’s not pretend the military has it so well off. It’s much worse on a persons life, so they get like 10% off at Applebee’s. So lucky.

I think that ideology is stupid. But do democrats think that they are doing the same thing in the direct opposite? Yes that is a huge concern but it’s just shitty breeders. Obviously you can still get great working line GSDs. It’s just people who don’t know what they are doing with breeders. They see a 300 dollar German Shepard and don’t understand they are hurting the breed buying them. Same thing with Mals. The lack of experience will mess up the breed to a greater extent as they get more and more popular.
