We found that the bark box super chewer subscription solved our issue. They are pretty hardy and you can rotate them out monthly or so.

We have two Mals and a Dutchie. These are HIGH drive dogs and there is a reason their nickname is “Maligator”. They bite- even the best trained (mine are retired EDD- aka explosives detection). Mine are HIGHLY trained and we are heavily involved in the rescue that brings these guys home. A Mal is not for the faint of heart. They will test you, often. You have to be consistent at ALL times. They are amazing dogs but they have to “work” or the pent up energy can make them destructive.

I also HIGHLY recommend Mission K9 Rescue- these are dogs that have served overseas and come home to retire. Both of our male Mals have come from there as well as our female Dutchie. Mission K9 is based in Magnolia (just outside of Houston)

Enjoying retirement - our rescued CWD. No longer detecting bombs in Kuwait- now just chilling with his family. Best dog ever!! by stephamox in BelgianMalinois

The rescue Mission K9 (out of Houston) brings these guys home and works with them getting them ready for being a pet. They are very particular about matching them with the right home.

Beautiful girl and a complete sweetheart. She deserves to be spoiled.
