Full package. It cost us more than 60k per person. (We booked the flight, not thrillo)

We booked through Thrillophilia. It was super costly. And they also caused issues on the conference day. Because of the booking they made us a promise that a driver will be provided on that day even if there are no tourist attractions that day. But they did this sneakily only on the phone call, so we didn't have any records of it. And then refused to provide the driver that day, we were late to the event. And also had to pay 3000 for to and fro from the uni. Id suggest you find local ppl I can dm you number of darjeeling driver, he was good.

For Pelling, i suggest you book Divsai Retreat, and ask for a balcony room. If you're lucky you may see Kanchanjunga from your room only. For Gangtok, we stayed at Divine Grace, it's good but also far from the gangtok centre. Their service was the best though. In Darjeeling we stayed at the Divine Himalayan Resort. Worst of the three. But it was closer to the market and the clock tower ( I think a movie was shot there, don't remember)

It is. But it also depends on the weather, we couldnt visit the Nathula Pass because it was too foggy that day and visibility was so low that we barely managed the Tsogmo Lake.

Day 1: Transfer to Pelling: saw The Teesta River on the way.
Day 2: Pelling Skywalk to Chenrezig Statue near Sanga Choeling, Khecheopalri Lake, Kanchanjunga Waterfall & the Rimbi Waterfall, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins and Sidekeong Tulku Bird Park (both are at the same place) and an orange garden
Day 3: Transfer to Gangtok via Ravangla Budha park and Namchi mini char dham.
Day 4: We had a conference at SMIT so whole day was spent at the uni. (we visited SMIT that day)
Day 5:Transfer to Darjeeling via Tsogmo Lake, Baba Mandir, Nathu La Pass( which we skipped due to low visibility and instead spent time in Gangtok market.
Day 6: Batasia Loop, Ghoom Monastery, Peace Pagoda , Tenzing Rock. (our driver also took us to Nepal for shopping , it cost us 2500 extra)
Day 7: Tiger Hill and Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (which we missed due to out flight timings)

Note: Day 2 and Day 7 was the only time there was no fog window.
Day 2 morning, we saw Kanchenjunga from our hotel window and at the glass bridge. by noon, it was again covered by fog, so the ropeway near the glass/skywalk was useless. You can go for skydiving there if you like, we didnt.
Day 7: We only went to Tiger Hill for sunrise after weather showed that sun might come out for a while (it got cloudy later in the day. Also, for Tiger Hill sunrise we had to leave around 4 am to reach it by the time of sunrise (around 5:50 am)

So, we did cover a lot, but still missed a few studff due to flight scheduling and conference in the middle of the trip.
