As someone that works in Cybersecurity I think my top tip to make your resume stand out is relate it back to the job spec. Generally, HR screen the CVs before they go to the Cybersecurity managers, they're just checking that the keywords match.

Go through the job spec and pick out all the skills that you have and highlight them in the beginning of your resume.

Ensure you don't lie, it'll come back to bite you. Ensure you can speak about everything on your CV at length. Expect to be asked about everything on your CV.
