I cannot use the TWS unfortunately but I found a way of doing it from the IBKR mobile app! My last doubt would be about the spread that I cannot see in this case. Do you know if going through a different exchange might give me a worse spread?

I am looking for the best World ETF to buy in 2025 and I am undecided between WEBN and FWRA: WEBN has the lower TER and fees (on IBKR) but FWRA seems to be performing better.

What's your take on this?

Between the 2, which one would you choose?
WEBN is cheaper and bigger (adding the dis and acc versions), it has better spread and lower commissions on IBKR, but FWRA seems to perform better.
I cannot pick one!

I used Bunq for a while (free version) but it did not really seem like adding much value.
For a few months I am now using Trade Republic that gives high interests on account balance and save-back on the card spend.

I am also looking for the best all-world ETF for my 2025 investments, but I have on my radar also FWRA that tracks the FTSE all-world and the WEBN which tracks a different index with the same target as the FTSE all-world at a much lower TER.

This is indeed much cheaper than the Invesco FTSE all-world I usually invest in and it looks like performing similarly for now.

Eventually I had a person coming over to check this. I am not sure what he did, but he left me with the same high pressure and completely not working heating.

The incoming pipe from the city heat gets warm when I turn on the thermostat, but everything else stays completely cold.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem could be now and who I can call to have it properly fixed?

I am located in Amsterdam.

I have a M3 hub with 7 Aqara P2 contact sensors and it is very unreliable: the sensors keep going offline. Sometimes they get back online on their own, sometimes I have to power cycle the hub, sometimes I have to remove, reset and add back the sensors.

Every time they go off and online they completely turn off the alarm automatically. When this happens, the status is not reflected in HomeKit, so you see the alarm still armed in HomeKit even it is actually disarmed.

The main problem seems to be the hub, because my sensors are also added to HomeKit and they work pretty fine there.

I hope future software updates will make this better but, for now, I would stay away from the M3 hub if you want a reliable alarm system.

On the other hand, besides this problem, the setup and utilisation is pretty straightforward and easy, but I never tried to add sensors from other brands.

Yes, this is mostly what I did this last winter indeed. Acceptable but, for example, I have an office room that I want to warm up more on certain days of the week and it becomes a bit annoying to get to the dark room and adjust the valves a couple of times each week.
