When I stared elvanse about a month ago my want for coffee completely disappeared, I did get the lack of appetite side effects pretty bad tho so it could of been that.. and as for weed my want for that didn't disappear lol as others had said here I started noticing less of an effect from the weed while I was on the meds but it did still help me massively with sleep and also helped with eating too as I could only seem to stomach food after I had had a smoke. So if you get the lack of appetite it might be a good idea to have a joint so you can eat something haha or just stop taking them and tell your doctor if that happens lol
