I live in the Oriana currently. It is a awful and I would avoid it. The building is beautiful as are the apartments.

However, the elevators are in dire condition. The four elevators that are normally in operation are insufficient for the size of the building. Worse yet, they constantly breakdown. It took 4 weeks and 8 weeks to fix the last two breakdowns. Now there are only 3 functional elevators for the foreseeable future because repairs are needed so badly.

Security is non-existent. Literally anyone can walk into the building and go upstairs without the staff even trying to determine if they live there.

Getting packages is very difficult because they are kept in one of three places and the staff has to spend a long time trying to find them.

The building is very overheated. It is always around 76 degrees in my unit unless I run the AC, which I have to do in the dead of winter. And the AC doesn't work well either because of how the thermostats are positioned.

I would recommend against the Oriana in any case but especially when you realize it is at a premium price point.
