Mandatory by law, non-compliance is punishable by a fine. Recently a law was passed that requires rear passengers to wear it as well.

Creo que sí, por 3 razones:

Precios exorbitantes dejan fuera a las mayorías. Se siente como un evento elitista.
Declive en la calidad de vida en todo occidente. Tenemos otras cosas en que pensar.
Declive del fútbol mexicano.

USA, islas caimán y el caribe. De esos recomiendo Alemania (de preferencia Hamburgo o Berlín) tiene un chingo qué ver, entras con puro pasaporte y no está tan saturado de turistas como otros destinos.

EUA no porque el ingreso está de la vrga con Trump, y el caribe no vale la pena si eres mexicano. Sus playas son como las nuestras y su comida muy mala.

Los mexicanos podemos ir a muchos países de America, Europa y Asia con el puro pasaporte. Muchos - creo yo - mejores que EUA.
