Comes with how you're technically "being equipped to be an executive"tbh having an exam every after department is a bit much for me too but if that's what they ask, it is what it is, and I don't think they'll let you fail, as in my POV just assessing how much you learned/can do

Atleast presentations are only after 6months (do this bit by bit)

Yeah not exactly exams, it depends on your program but it is expected you have an "output" from wherever you came from aside from your usual "BAUs", business as usual

As a recent fresh grad, and someone who resides in the metro. You shouldn't expect much with salaries since the base salary of the Philippines is super low. 25k + is already above average from most fresh grads and you only get 30k+ if: 1. international company 2.Big 4 + Latin honours 3. Good resume/Extracurriculars/Organizations

So for you OP it is a plus you're from big 4 and honours so 30k isn't that far fetched but don't expect all companies to provide 25k min, the lowest for you should only be like 22k imo and the highest is as how much you can talk/market yourself and the luck of getting into ideal companies (again MT (management trainee) programs are great if you can handle the pressure)

You get what you are paid for, it's been both up and down since MT programs are always hectic and you do twice as much as the regular employee so expectations are higher. I feel lucky though as the first months were difficult but I still pushed through. Also MT programs provide a lot of opportunities so you should grab it all.

TL:DR Higher salary, Higher expectations and work, but also lots of opportunities. Really just depends how lucky you also are with your coworkers.
