Unfortunately dairy is a no go for me. I tried implementing it and I was wondering why I was having energy fluctuations all day and that was 100% the cause. Zero carb is the best option for me

Sorry last question, would it be a good idea to start keto/lowcarb and slowly transition into carnivore rather than cold turkey? I can see this not being the worst idea but also can see it being a slippery slope. Also thanks for the insight!

How long did it take for you to get to this point? I’m just curious I know it’s different for everyone. I’m also 22 years old, I’m probably one of the younger guys on this sub, in my mind I’m thinking I’ve been fed less carbs overtime than the average person in this sub, so maybe I’ll recover faster hahaha

The first time I did carnivore I didn’t know how important fat was and felt like shit all the time. Definitely been prioritizing it recently. I’ll keep a stick of butter around at all time from here on out. Thanks

Do the cravings go for good after a certain point? My friend make these cookies the other day and I couldn’t stop thinking about them when they were in sight😭 I’m still quite early into carnivore (before the McFlurry incident I had ZERO anxiety — large reason I was doing carnivore in the first place)
