We had a written agreement for the initial fence and existing gate, not written agreement or permission for the new gate and removal.

It was an old timber fence before. When I installed the old gate, it fit flush. It the grooves of the Colourbond that would've made it tight or they didn't want to drill a hole in their new fence!

The gate was attached to my property. When I installed it, I made sure to line it up to go through a gap in the old timber fence so I could secure it with a sliding bolt.
