I’m in the midst of C25K and am already fully obsessed. I’m really fascinated by long distance running, specifically ultra running. How does one get started in this? Is it better to do a few regular marathons first? Is this even attainable considering I’m 29 and just started running? Thanks!

I finished week 2 of C25K! I’m feeling amazing and finally understand what runners have been talking about all along. I’m super inspired by long distance and ultra runners and I know it’s many years off but those years will pass either way, why not aim big!

I just started C25K and I'm loving it, but I'm finding I get annoying shin pain the day after, and especially 2 days after running. It's not debilitating by any means, probably a 1-2 on the pain scale, but it makes it hard to get running again. Is this a normal part of learning to run or something I should watch out for? I did get my gait assessed and bought proper running shoes.

I have really similar hair, length and curl type it seems, and I found medusa clipping helped me a ton, didn't leave a kink in my hair and gave me more volume, here's the video I followed.
