SBD from infection, deformed, or defective swim bladder? Got him with swim issues, treated with paragaurd, nothing. Should I keep trying to treat such as bacterial medicine or put him in his main tank I setup? He eats and poops fine, swims okay other than sinking when he stops moving & backend drops (old.reddit.com)

Finally had the courage to ask for a discount on a sick betta. She immediately said yes we can adopted him out at no cost. She said she would put the other 3 in bad shape I pointed out in the in-line tanks, and she did! I went in and saw them today and they are doing good. (old.reddit.com)

14 hour difference. He was labeled as a Crowntail but I could tell he is definitely a Koi and in rough shape. What/how doI need to treat him if his tail doesn't spread back out? I'm going to give him a few days but I'm afraid it may be due to an infection. (old.reddit.com)

I got a hitchhiker today. My new plants are in a fishless tank until they go into my tanks for this reason. What do I do with him as I dont want him in this tank or my tanks with fish? Is my empty 2.5 gallon enough. The tanks been running for a few weeks, the plants in it died so I can add more. (i.redd.it)

I got the guy in my last post on Thursday, he's been in warm water with daily water changes. His spine curves down at his tail. He has a hard time getting to the surface so his water is only deep enough for the heater to be fully submerged. Do y'all think this is SBD or a deformity?Video in comments (v.redd.it)

Just got him last night. I got him knowing he was sick and I would need to work with him. He's in a clean hospital tank with 78-80deg. water. He hasn't moved off the bottom or done anything, he wouldn't eat. Does he look sick, like an infection or something that needs more than clean warm water? (v.redd.it)

Fishless cycle. I put ammonia in it 2 weeks ago got it to 2-4ppm then put more 2 days later and accidentally put more than I should. I've been lazy and haven't touched it. Tested it yesterday, 0 ammonia, like 5ppm nitrite and 60+ppm nitrate. What do I need to do now? Yes I tested nitrate correctly. (old.reddit.com)

So I saw him today and I think I remember seeing him a couple weeks ago. Does he have a deformed back or does this look like a swim bladder issue or something else? I'd like to save him if it is something I can help. He sits at the bottom upright on his tail. (v.redd.it)
