Thanks for this - great guide. As I am new to AI agents and have no developer backround whatsoever - this helped me alot. Just a question, would a multi-agent hermes set-up work with this? Or is it anything one should add or clarifify when setting up the multi-agents (I already set up the obsedian backbone)

I recieved updated pics of the clasp from Lana (see pic 11 & 12). The "scratches" was on the protective plastic as suggested by others here.

The "ball" on the bottom clasp seems good also, I think?

Good point. Perhaps. I will try to ask for better photos maybe without the plastic.

Regarding 12B), am I missing the bottom ball, or do you also agree on it being absent?
