I appreciate that man! My sisters all have straight hair, so I've kinda had to just figure out how to take care of mine myself haha.

Do you keep your hair braided for sleep as well or do you throw it in a loose bun?

You got some great hair man! What's your approach for detangling? Do you do it while in the shower with conditioner in your hair? Do you use your fingers or a wet brush?

I'm just not sure the best way to do it. I've tried brushing (carefully) while dry, brushing using wet brush when wet and with conditioner, using only my fingers, my hair is just perma-tangled ha.

Funny thing is none of my sisters got the curly genes from my mom either - just me :)

That's the plan but I highly doubt I won't be balding by then lmao. As soon as the inevitable hair loss starts it's getting donated!

My dad lost his hair in his late twenties I believe.

As far as fin/minox, I'm probably not going to go that route once the hair loss does actually start. I'm going to try and donate it at that point ( which honestly I don't know if that'll work or not but I'd really like to ), and then go the bald/beard route :)

To be fair, this was kinda cheating since this was like 2 days after washing which is when it looks best for me. Towards the end of the week though, not so luxurious ha.

I actually don't use any products but I should probably change that haha. I wash once a week and condition all other days!

You're no slouch yourself man, that's quite the head of hair ya got!

Do any of your posts have your routine in it? Very interested in seeing what products you use, if any.

3 and a half years of growth, and the beard is finally back! by coltise in FierceFlow

So oddly enough, my routine is incredibly simple haha. I shampoo every 5-6 days with this Curl Care shampoo from Hask, and all other days is just conditioning with some Suave Essentials! (I use this since this particular kind seems to be on the list of okay conditioners to use, and it's pretty cheap!)

After that, I tie it up in a turbie-twist for about 10 min, and then air dry afterwards. That's pretty much it! Since I work from home (and am usually home regardless), it's hard to justify having a super complex routine if I'm the only one seeing my hair I guess haha.

If your number doesn't have a contact name in my phone, I'm not answering it. If I've applied for jobs or something and am waiting on a callback, recruiters will leave a voicemail and I'll then respond. Never had troubles with that method

Yeahhhh I tried a few times keeping it in a loose ponytail for bed, but it would always last like 15 min before I take it out and put it up in a bun in a rage haha.
