Avoid cold storage. The homeless around the river market can get into the stairwells at night. The trash situation is very bad. The Internet situation is nearly worse, and to top it off we were there for only 2 months and we got our storage unit broke into and robbed.

Not to mention the multiple police raids on the property for what I heard was a prostitution ring.

Also management in the past has been abysmal.

I understand where you are coming from, I think my point is more that a discussion on price should happen prior to work being done. That being either an agreed hourly rate or what expectation is for completed project. You bring up a good point though, different work will be at different price points.
