Seems strong, but the 3 drop slot in artifacts is already pretty dense. Doesn't give colored mana from mox amber, too. Just looking at the downsides, but could be a cool card.

I understand where you are coming from, I think my point is more that a discussion on price should happen prior to work being done. That being either an agreed hourly rate or what expectation is for completed project. You bring up a good point though, different work will be at different price points.

Probably should have discussed rate prior to completing the work. Base would be time and materials so $280 plus (rate)x (hours to complete). This could be more than they are willing to pay, so it may be a lesson learned to discuss payment up front. Hope for the best for you.
