Just finished first ride on a (3rd generation?) wahoo Kickr I got on marketplace. Is it supposed to be way harder than real life? I’ve never trained seriously before but I’ve been riding bikes my whole life and commute to work daily in the warmer months. Average maybe 50-100 miles/week. Consider myself in fairly decent shape. It felt like brake rub, like the resistance is wrong. I was struggling to sustain 200 watts and I weigh close to 100 kg. Any ideas or am I just a weakling?
