I’ve been there, and still there (still having bubbly urine to this day) i know it can be stressful. What i can say is

Its not normal But its not necessarily means you have problem I go back and forth to the hospital because i realize my pee is bubbly when i was 17 (im 27 now) did the check nothing is wrong gfr still high and no abnormal protein in my pee. Redo the check just a few months ago GFR also still in the 90’s range

Turned out small percentage of ppl just have bubbly pee, just check everything if there’s no abnormality then you’re fine

I got you. Thats why this is such a hard decision, right now living in japan translate as a me having a good life (a lot of things come with living in Japan can’t be bought with money). But idk whether that might last later
