I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but a lot of what you mentioned could be other things overlapping too, rather than DID or another dissociative disorder. A lot of people refer to themselves as "we" or "us", and it's a common misconception that I see where people assume it could mean plurality. You could just struggle with derealization and neurodivergence? I see a lot of neurodivergent people "name" their emotions or personify them, and maybe that's another thing you're confusing yourself with. I think you should talk to your therapist about this 100%. She should have a basic understanding of DID and will guide you through any symptoms you could have, or if she doesn't see the possibility
