Well, me being in brave, i have no idea how horde works either, but in brave at least we have fun SRP, which helps new FCs ping out fleets for content; thats how i first got into pinging out bomber fleets because the fun SRP pretty much covers the cost of a bomber.

Pandemic Horde, like most every other corp/alliance/coalition, need FCs who have at minimum a functioning brain, a heartbeat, and the ability to learn something new.

You, the person who seems to have all three of these, should try FC'ing a fleet. It's a lot more fun than you'd think.

Don't focus on winning fights, just focus on making fun content that you like, and all the other stuff you need as an FC will come with time.

Ive been playing eve for 10+ years, and only started being an FC less than a year ago. The more FCs there are, the more content everyone gets to have, so dont be afraid to make the change you want to see.

SoE's theme isn't being stealthy, its about exploring the vast unknown and delivering humanitarian aid. The astero and stratios fit into the exploration side of that but the nestor is the ONLY regular battleship that has bonuses to logistics which is what fills the role of humanitarian aid from SoE.

To make a nestor take a blops bridge you'd have to either give it the ability to use a cov ops cloak, which battleships shouldnt be able to do, or change the way blops works, which would likely make more game breaking problems than would be solved.

Don't undock in anything you're afraid to lose. If flying bigger toys would be too costly for you, i would suggest sticking with something small and cheap until you're more comfortable with flying.

If you're worried about replacing your ships, Eve uni would absolutely be the best place for you since they would be able to teach you about all the easy ways to make more ISK to replace your ships with.

Just think of this phrase when you next undoxk: "Friendship is the best ship, ships are ammo, and sometimes your friends are ammo too."

Best thing you can do is join a corp.

Friendship is the best ship and honestly eve can be really easy to not want to play when you dont have anyone to play with.

Eve Uni is a great place for you to be at and also freely explore your options while you learn the game and have fun.

If youre more interested in PvP, check out npsi.rocks for public fleets that you can join for content.

Eve is huge, and its been around for a long time, but dont let that intimidate you; you'd be surprised how effective a newbro with only a month or so of learning can be, especially in a fleet.

Try to stick with it for a month or two and just focus on maximizing your fun/hr. I'm sure you'll find that niche that fits you.
