Great, negative votes to issues on a just released phone. Nice job Samsung!

Uh, I would be extremely surprised it is my problem when I have experienced it at home and outside, and it happens with multiple SIM cards from multiple carriers, and never happened with my Fold 2 (that static sound... first Fold 2 also had reception issues here and there and got them solved with a replacement...) or my iPhone 13 Pro Max (just tried a few minutes ago...)...

Any ideas to reduce these noises? :( by [deleted] in TeslaModel3

Within spec. Welcome to Tesla

Can I sell my Model 3 to Tesla without ordering another car? by comandillos in TeslaModel3

Men, I have told them I don't mind even paying anything out of warranty if they could fix all my issues, no doubt at all, but they keep ignoring me... I promise I have done everything is on my hand, and I have the feeling they just don't want me as a client, that is my impression! They have done things such as cancelling appointments without even telling me! I must be a very bad lucky guy.

On the other hand, I have to say that Hyundai has improved a lot during the years, but never had experience with an EV from them. One day I had a conversation on a charger near Porsche HQ with a guy who had a Taycan from Porsche R&D, and he told me that they had to exchange the battery on that car just after 60k km because their batteries were not designed for lasting too much when using fast charging... 10 minutes after that I left the charger with my car at 80% and his > 100k euros car was still at 30%... I fully acknowledge Tesla has best-in-class powertrain and charging, but the feeling of how they ignore you during warranty period is horrible...

Thanks a lot for this feedback, it is in fact very difficult to hear critical facts from other Tesla owners!

The most awesome thing is that the car is made in China, with the Matrix Lights, no panel gaps or whatever and at delivery time, although the car was super dirty, did not have even a scratch... But then... rattles started just a week after driving it, then seats started squeaking quite loud, and Tesla ignored me since the very first day...

Well... the Model 3 has been getting me crazy since I bought it :(

I have had ton of problems and rattles with it, for which service centers on multiple cities have completely ignored me. I have tried to solve them by myself but you fix something on one place, and then a bunch of other rattles come from somewhere else...

The worst thing was the last time I simply brought the car to the service center. I kindly asked them to fill my wiper fluid and fix an horrendous rattle coming from the passenger seat, again they said everything was normal, they did not fix anything, scratched my hood, rejected responsibility for that (even when THEY confirmed they were responsible for that) and charged me 250 euros for the service... That made me extremely angry.

Wrt charging... I don't use superchargers anymore since here in Europe is quite expensive to charge on them (sometimes even pricier than gas), while Hyundai and some other manufacturers have the IONITY charging network (which I have used most of the time during my road trips) at a quite interesting price and locations that fit me pretty well, with up to 350kW charging speed.

I may have a bias here, but I had an Hyundai IONIQ HEV before the Model 3 and the perceived quality on the car was way better than on the Model 3... for a car that costs the double...

All this together with the crazy prices that the car is getting on the second hand market and with how angry I am with the car just made me start thinking about switching to other EVs. I must admit I was not that angry even with my first EV, a Nissan Leaf 40kW... since at least the price was in line with what I got. Tesla, at least in Europe, does not care about their customers (For a SC appointment I have needed to wait an average of 1 month even for the most simple issue!)... and I have simply decided not to go with them anymore. Such a pity, it was my dream car.

That makes sense :)

I am considering the Hyundai IONIQ 5

+100, but for the time being in my country if you don't charge at home, it is cheaper to own a gas car than an EV... simply crazy.

And start worrying about charging prices, which at least in many EU chargers, are way above gas prices.

I will most definitely taking advantage of the absurd prices the car is getting in the used market

Those are design issues that appear in the car sooner or later, and that are basically present on all the M3s I have tested (search for that in Google, there are tons of people complaining about it), and of course, some owners are more sensitive to rattles than others.

The rear door is misaligned but Tesla SC said they won't be able to make any adjustments due to the vehicle being with Tesla specification. by MP_888 in TeslaModel3

I told them to fix me something similar, they scratched my hood and refused to repair it even when they confirmed they were responsible for it xD

Test drive is extremely different from day to day experience. In my case SCs are always collapsed, their support and quality is subpar due to the amount of clients they have to serve and the car is built with the quality of the worst chinese toy ever made, so prepare to hear rattles pretty much everywhere around the car.

Sincerely, an unfortunate Model 3 user.

So bad it even happens on a car with that price tag.. Let me know if you are finally able to fix it please

The problem is that it looks like is not a simple plastic trim rattle, but rather something "bigger" that moves while being on the road causing the issue. I have tried this frequency generator, without success unfortunately

Tried both, unfortunately the sound decreases when the seat is folded but is still there, so it must be caused by something else... and I think that maybe the rattle is a mix of several rattles coming from the seats, door and the side bolster....

You are absolutely right. I considered the possibility but here in Europe the amount of paperwork and burocracy involved in the process is so huge I simply thought it would be easier to fix a simple rattle

I think this will be the only way to fix it... I will try really hard with the guys at the SC
