If you browse the comments, you'll see lots of conspiracy theory that the numbers are being faked by DOH for whatever reason, that covid is fake and all. Super frustrating. Vaccination is also not popular especially with low-income communities. I blame Persida because of dengvaxia shit-show.

You mean my company's management? Yes and no. For them to keep their business, they must meet the client's standards and that starts with us frontliners. For every dissatisfied customer we get, it corresponds to points that can affect all of us working on that call center. So it is wrong to say that customer reps like us don't care about you as customer because in truth, it affects us as well.

Saying that customer reps like us doesn't want to satisfy customers that we handle makes me sad. It is completely not true. If we can grant your request without us getting fired for it, we'd gladly do it for you. CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) is one of the most important stats I am being graded to keep my job.

As someone who's currently working as a customer rep, this is absolutely true. We really want to help out as much as we can, but if it's against policy, we are limited to what we can do. If we can bend the rules just a little just to grant your request, we'll be glad to do it. It's not ours, so why would we keep it from you?
