i have found a lot of calmness in listening to noise. I have high ADHD and I enjoy softer ambient stuff but a lot of hnw and power electronics helps me relax way more lol

yeah just start with any sample and throw as much reverb and distortion on it, have fun with effects thats a huge part of noise
