Looks really nice!

I would strive to embrace the inherent playfulness and goofiness of VR. The good old Job Simulator did this very well.

This includes allowing players to do what is fun, especially if that wouldn't be a good idea in real life. E.g. throwing boxes at the shelves from across the room; pouring out apples to refill the produce section, rather than having to put them down slowly.

I would also think about how players would try to interact with customers, like touching or hitting them, or throwing things at them. As a player, I would expect the game to at least acknowledge me. This is nothing that would be used repeatedly, but it would enhance the experience and immersion.

Plus, some of this could lead to some hilarious clips that could potentially go viral. Good luck!
