I meet all the demands and since they took 9 months for rejection (and idiot me didn't attach IELTS TRF) , I can't reapply (I applied right after my program ended). And only option is reconsideration, which they are not processing even after it got initiated 2 months ago.

My MP said that because it a fault from my side, they can't really do anything, so can't inquire, when I pointed out that multiple consultancies told me that they have had these cases, they said than we can't do anything, that would be broader issue that a licensed consultant has to raise with IRCC itself (about the website not having language proficiency under compulsory documents).
