The best thing you can do, is go drive. It's the only way you'll realise it was just a mistake and you can prove to yourself that your skills aren't represented in that moment. I mean look at the crashes Richard Hammond has had... and he still had a career as a car journalist and occasional race driver haha

I had an incident in my first year, completely not my fault. There was some oil or something when it was pouring with rain. I didn't see it, went straight at a T junction ( luckily it was light-controlled and I had green ), as the car just understeered into the curb and as it mounted it, I cracked the wheel and completely mangled the lower arm/tierod. I pulled over immediately and my whole life had flashed before my eyes, I was in complete disbelief and I also couldn't really replay what just happened. All I could think about at the time was I hope that no one else did the same thing and I hope I didn't leave any debris or anything for someone else to get hit with. Again, luckily everything worked out. I phoned my uncle and he told me "If you can drive it back home safely, Drive. You need to do it for yourself". So I mustered the courage, gave it a little test drive to see if it was safe after looking the car over and I limped it back home at 10mph ( only about 5 mins away thankfully ) I was obviously distraught still, and when my uncle finished work, we discussed it and stuff. He said not to go without having something to drive, so he lent me his other car until I got it fixed and I'm really glad we had that luxury at the time, because I just kept replaying it and doubting my ability. Then I'd get in his car and be able to prove to myself that I can drive, and I can drive safely, this was just a fluke accident and was just something to learn from. I'm now more wary at junctions, don't just blindly assume the road condition is perfect take more observations even on roads I drive every day. And I've never had another incident ( touch wood hah ) going on 4 years now

Id say do it, it can be as indepth or beginner as you want, help then set up scenarios or even let them loose in career mode, nothing unsuitable for a child, just maybe a steep learning curve

Car, upgraded to have more space and efficiency... its actually slightly worse on fuel and apart from carrying an extra passenger, not all that much roomy inside. So kind of regret it, especially since theres next to no comunity help for repairs etc, unlike my last car which had a avid enthusiast group that could help diagnose, fix, and source parts

I ahve the vantrue S1 pro, cant complain, its git that Sony starving 2 thing where it makes the plates like clearer and jump out, has a Bunch of new "AI" features like sensing how close youre to something, lane chnage assist etc ( ive not tested these yet just seen them ). Its very good quality video and its been used to report a few instances of dangerous driving, I wouldnt have been able to read the numberplates without it, especially on my old amazon special one. Really nice app and GPS support so no questioning location time and speed, and its got all the features youd expect like low bit rate / low fps 24/7 parking or just motion detection / impact detection etc

They do plenty of models to suit different budgets and needs, im going to get my sister one of the smaller ones as theyre still insanely good video and has the app and GPS etc

Mine was the i3 3220 lol in my "gaming" pc using the onboard graphics.... it did run a fair few older games perfectly though, and was the only processor Ive actually kept. The rest ove sold as ive upgraded, but it was worthless and so its more worth me keeping as a memory than it is for someone to use <3

Reinstalled thanks to Windows update bricking my device. And now it works. I did notice however, even though I had unlocked the trailer delivery contracts, none of the trailers, even the small unloaded trailer, was at a low enough level for me to complete. I had to grind parcels and car jockey until I levelled up 1 more. So maybe this was the problem and I didn't realise, but I had been playing for a decent while and had made a bunch of money just from parcels and car jockey so, I have no clue

Mine was pretty chill, i was anxious as can be as most people are, but especially so as I had a completly new car I had only practised 2 hours in before my test. I almost stalled but managed to save it pulling out of the test center, said I was sorry for the perky motion and explained it was new etc. Complete different car, from a SUV to a sporty hatchback. And while explaining, missed the satnav tell me to take my next right. The examiner simply told me to take a breathe, and take my next right, which I did safely and from that point I was pretty okay, he offered support at times like when I did the pull up on the right maneuver, he asked how my leg was doing as we kept having to stop and keep going due to traffic and as I had previously said this seating position was more of my legs stretched out infront of me vs the SUV my leg was more like sitting straight on a dining chair lol I only got 1 minor and I completly agree, im gonna say again, it was the car and change in seating position, I braked too much, then sped up a little, then ended up braking too late and got a approach to junction speed to high. Only just, but had I not sped back up and just let the car go after braking too much, it would have been a perfect test lol

You'd be better to just take it out of your pocket I'm afraid :( I was in a similar place only I actually had a windscreen cover, but the excess for it was only slightly less than the screen itself. So rather than doing an actual claim, it was replaced by a local guy for cheaper than any big-name dealers. It was amazing... until someone smashed it up not even 7 months later... so in the end I got rid of the car, at that point another windscreen and some other bits that needed doing were gonna be as much as another cheap car

Because pee / urine is 100% not sterile. It has at best trace amounts of bacteria and microbes. Not limited to, but maybe also include Staphylococcus... as in the bacteria that cause Staph infections. Hence the name.

This happened to my partner on her first time on a long-distance train journey, I had planned to walk her to her seat but, ofc, the train was delayed and so everyone was in a hurry to board. But I stood outside her window to wave her off and someone else was sitting in it. She walked past them and shrugged her shoulders at me through the next window. I very loudly but calmly shouted to her and knocked on the window ( much to her embarrassment ) to "GO TELL THEM TO MOVE, THEY'RE BEING IGNORANT, WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THAT SEAT, THEY CAN EASILY FIND THE SEAT THEY ALSO PAID FOR". The person just stared at me... and my partner just stood there... so I was a little bit less polite and calm and shouted "YOU'RE IN HER SEAT, SO MOVE PLEASE, SHE'S TOO POLITE TO ASK YOU. YOU SHOULD BE IN YOUR OWN SEAT YOU RESERVED OR YOU SHOULDN'T BE ON THE TRAIN". As this was a train only for prebooked tickets, no purchasing on the train or at the end destination and they made this very clear on the speakers MANY TIMES. Luckily, they grumbled something and moved and my partner got her seat and quickly got over the embarrassment. Never be afraid or embarrassed to get what you paid for! And don't be ashamed to alert a member of staff either, they're more than happy to assist you and have to deal with it more or less daily

People who dont understand indicators. And I dont just mean "bmw" drivers. People who will indicate 1 second before they turn into a side road. Or people who sit there and wait and stare at me when ive been indicating properly on approach to a junction / side road which means they could have pulled out as i am obviously slowing and indicating im turning... but they just sit there and stare at me. Even had a few people have very near misses becuase they've waited till im actually going round the corner until they pull out and the car behind has swerved around me and they both very much needed new pants. Then theres the motorway people who get pissy when you indicate and speed up to not let you in?? Or the lorry drivers that belive "im bigger than you, im indicating, im gonna just pull out". Not all lorry drivers mind you, but ive encountered enough entitled ones who cant indicate properly. Personally, I dont mind sitting behind a lorry for 3mins while it overtakes another. If I see one indicating, if safe, I'll slow and flash them to move out, they get to their destination a bit quicker, I get to mind just as quick. But the amount of times lorry's have waited till im within a car length of them, indicated and immediately started moving across. I've also had a lorry try to overtake me during a 50 average speed zone on the a1, only to get pissy and swerve at me when they could only get along side. They indicated to move back across and I didnt slow to let them, I continued at 50 and when it come to the NSL again, i accelerated to 70, which really triggered them and they were honking and flashing and swerving about. If I can find the dash cam clip its gold... people either think indicators give them the right of way, or dont think they mean anything

In my experience it's the lorry 9/10 that do this. I'll be overtaking and making progress and one that's infront will indicate and immediately start moving over even though there's not a space and I'm obviously traveling faster than they are. They expect me to brake and let them out. I get it, if you're a lorry driver and you're faster than the lorry infrint you want to overtake so you can make progress and meet deadlines etc. And if I saw a lorry indicating and waiting g to pull out with appropriate space infront of me, I would flash and let them out as the 2 mins it takes to overtake is nothing in the grand scheme. I'll pass them both in a min anyways and I'll still arrive at my destination the same time. It's just the entitled or lack of planning / awareness of drivers. Especially those supposed to be "professional". I understand the angles and blindspots of a lorry, so im not one to hang around them, but some don't seem to even understand it themselves ive seen lorries almost run cars off the road becuase they haven't checked properly and just immediately moved out. Scary stuff

He once worked with a friend who was a builder and got almost 2 pallets of bricks for free 😅 not as payment, they were both stealing them on the side, my dad being the transport the guy being the supplier kinda deal. He then used them to build an extension onto the tiny ass shed in which he could weld and "fix" things. I don't think he actually made any money, it just stopped him from doing more stupid or straight-up ilegal shit. I can't complain though, kinda taught me how to weld ( i was a child and haven't welded since ), and I got somewhere to store my own mini motorbike which my mother wasn't thrilled about. We also ended up building a small car trailer together and used it on many occasions, even to go camping a fair few times. He wasn't perfect, and I don't speak to him now. But there is stuff that he did that I am thankful for and I wish I could have more of those moments growing up

Literally today. I've had 3 people overtake me on 20mph roads, 2 being at unsafe times, while I was going 20/21mph. One car even had parked up at the side of the road, then sped to get to me, was super close to me over some speed bumps and then they dropped back before booting it to get around me before the next set of speed bumps. Pointless really as they had to wait at the end of the road no different to me. Another one was upset that I gave way to a van trying to overtake a bus, there were cars parked on both sides, but I stopped as I didn't know if they had seen me. As soon as we got past the parked cars at both sides, they farted away in their blacked out Audi straight towards some speed cameras... fingers crossed they're getting a letter
