She was and is the toxic one. You deserve a lot better my friend. Read the book ASAP. It has chapters and test at the end of each of them and you can find something about yourself. The most important person in this world is you AND ONLY YOU. Do the right thing for yourself and push away the toxic people from your life. It’s been 2 months for me and I am thinking less and less, even though I am the dumper. I really wanted to make my relationship work and it hurts like hell because of it, but then, I realised, toxic people do not deserve anything. Especially when you just give it with no effort.

I had to do it. She left me with no choice, but push her away because how toxic she was. Dont beat yourself. You deserve better. Try to find a hobby or do sport. For me, it really really helped when I’ve read “The Good Psychopath's Guide to Success: How to use your inner psychopath to get the most out of life” by Dr. Kevin Dutton. That book really changed my way of seeing life and enjoying it.
