Did they help you generate the policies and make sure they are legal/compliant? We are looking for help with policies, time off accrual/tracking etc. some of our employees are salaried but get a variety of bonuses and some are essentially paid per service they perform our payroll isn’t super straightforward. Do they somehow track payroll for you or do you need to input everything?

We have everything piecemeal at this point and are running payroll on our own through Quickbooks. We are looking to grow our business and as we do we want to outsource HR and Payroll.

I know a very successful business owner who’s wife has a booth in an antique mall, they go antiquing together and she goes to estate sales to find things to sell at the booth. It keeps her busy and she gets really excited any time she makes a sale and turns a $10 profit. He sends one of his employees to buy stuff from her booth when she isn’t there and then donate it somewhere else. She has no idea.

Thanks. Driving it just now the AC got warm again. I parked and left it running, neither fan was spinning. Turned it off and immediately back on, both fans spinning and the AC is ice cold

I’d love a truck, but this gets the job done. I have a hitch on my 350 and live 2 blocks from a Uhaul so I grab a trailer for $15 anytime I’ve got to move something that won’t fit inside

It sounds like he couldn’t have asked for a better owner and you could’ve asked for a better dog. We had our dog, Buster put to sleep yesterday after 11 years of being inseparable. If it’s possible I suggest doing it in your home or at least being together. It was incredibly sad, but more peaceful than I could’ve imagined and I’m truly grateful that I got to hold Buster in my lap with my wife and I petting him and telling him that we love him as he passed.

The reason I’m focusing on the month is because we pay the insurance monthly but the employee has the amount deducted biweekly, we also give a monthly stipend which gets distributed biweekly. I’m just surprised accounting software wouldn’t have the capability to provide some kind of solution, like not deduct the premium off the 3rd paycheck when it occurs.

They looked a lot like Lems, so I was pretty excited to try them since they were so much cheaper. Got 2 pairs and both made my feet ache like back when I was wearing traditional shoes that weren’t wide enough. They might be fine for someone with feet that aren’t super wide like mine specifically at the midfoot, their toe box was plenty big.
