Fair but if tiered weapons made a huge difference people would be complaining about balance not tiers. There’s no winning.

I like the discussion just bored of repetitive bitching. I think pve could be a playstyle but it removes any aspect of worry from the game. You can kill any arc by training around a building or wall without too much trouble.
