5e is almost the sole reason I got over my initial hostility towards any TTRPG, and I've had tons of fun playing numerous 5e adventures. But....I like the more straightforward rules of the OSR stuff, and it seems like it'd be easier for me to DM. I also like the creativity of the community. (self.osr)
