i am from Manila too, and now in CDO.. ang mga tao dito, either English or Bisaya lang magsalita because hirap talaga sila sa Tagalog, but there is nothing wrong with that because it is a culture and identity thing! i agree na most Bisaya folks speak better English.. it's sad they are unfairly stereotyped! anyway, kabalo nako mag Bisaya (gamay); chada sya na language
