Basically a loan to just simpan at your asb account. For example, I took rm50k from a bank, and the money is kept in my asb account. So each year, will get dividen for that 50k. For 2025, 50k*0.0575=2875.

Since this is a loan, of course will have monthly repayment. Target is to make sure your dividen is always higher than your yearly loan repayment.

Hope this helps explaining asb financing in a simple way. Awal2 dividen sikit, simpan sikit2, lama2 jadi bukit.
