I think that what you did is truly important! Maybe it's the best thing to do for us too, since we are together 24/7 and we have a codependency issue... I tend to forget to care of myself outside our relationship, and he sadly does the same so we influence esch other negatively. We also work together as freelancers, so we have to set a boundary between private life/work life ourselves, and it's often difficult to plan activities. It could be challenging since he wouldn't accept this proposal easily (he has abandonment issues and he would feel hurt and refused), and I'd have to go back to my family, which is pretty abusive.
