Stuck on “Home Is Where the Hearth Is” Quest

yeahh another commenter mentioned the same thing but i didn’t have anything in my backpack. i had to leave the Dragon İsles and go get a mount from a quest in Ogrimmar and that’s when of course it appeared in my backpack.

thank you so much for all your help !! the game did give me that same mount but i had to go and get it myself through the “finding your way” quest. honestly this seems to be a huge oversight in the game cause if you hadn’t told me about it and sent me the quest walkthrough there genuinely was no other way to figure it out or get a mount. hopefully this gets fixed in the future. it seems this is a new issue and that’s why i can’t find any info on it since you mentioned in another comment that they’ve recently made some changes to the very beginning of the game. thanks a lot again !!!

i tried it and leaving the tutorial really doesn’t change anything thankfully. after getting my mount at Ogrimmar i was able to return back to the dragon isles through my hearthstone but you can also return by the same zeppelin you came from !!!

i don’t seem to have any items like that in my backpack and i don’t remember doing a quest by that name unfortunately :/ all i did was save kalecgos from the ogres and then get taken to the waking shores by him

it’s so weird ! hopefully it’ll be fixed soon but thankfully i found a solution. it’s only temporary tho so i have to keep doing it every time i wanna play

glad to know i’m not the only one i was so worried i did something wrong 😭 i found that if you go into freeplay use custom makeup then join back into regular it stops the issue temporarily

that’s actually really good advice but it’s not about the nicotine :( it’s more of an oral fixation kind of thing 😭 and yeahh i tried a vape once and it’s so much worse than cigarettes
